ILYA KRAVCHIK
E-Learning designed for real impact
MY Approach
My personal motto is: “No more boring e-learning experiences!”
My scenario and storytelling approach to designing E-Learning is aimed to keep the target audience captivated and engaged. Along with traditional Adult Learning Models: ADDIE, Ganie’s 9 Principals …. I also employ storytelling tactics from Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey, the Three Act literature approach and many more.
The goal is simple: make E-Learning a thrilling experience that delivers real results.

— Former CustomerABOUT ME
A good Instructional Designer is first and foremost a good Storyteller. We are instinctively drawn to good narrative since childhood and that is why we can still recall what happened to Hansel and Gretel and the three little pigs. A well designed scenario based e-learning module is essentially a well told Hero’s Journey with a Call to Adventure, the Gathering of Knowledge, The Darkest Hour and the Resolution. Joseph Campbell’s model applied to make learning engaging. My personal motto is: “No more boring e-learning experiences!”
My background is in Technical Communication (MA), Graphic Design (AA) and Fine Art (BFA), I use my knowledge to inform the E-Learning courses that I build to create unique and memorable user experiences.
I draw my inspiration from movies and literature
